When booking and staying at Le Petit Bêle I understand that:

• Bookings are only confirmed when we receive the booking form accompanied by a deposit of £100.00 and a signed copy of these terms and conditions.

• In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks before my start date I will be rendered liable for the total booking amount. (We do advise that you take out Holiday Cancellation insurance as a safeguard).

• In the event of cancellation after the payment of deposit but before the 8 weeks before arrival will result in full loss of my/our deposit.

• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums I/we have paid without further liability.

• The proprietors reserve the right to terminate my/our stay if I/we or members of our party are believed to be causing a nuisance or not treating the property with due respect.

• That a security deposit is required; this will be returned to me/us within 14 days of the end of the holiday, less any cost of extra cleaning, rectifying losses, breakages or damage caused by any member of my party during our term of occupancy.

• I/ we are to leave the cottage and contents clean and tidy on departure and that costs will be deducted from the security if the cottage is left in an unacceptable state and requires additional cleaning.

• I will be charged for any items missing from the cottage.

• Neither the proprietors nor any person in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage sickness or injury whatsoever caused which may be sustained by me or any member of my party, or any person who I might invite to the cottage and it grounds during the period booked.

• All facilities at the cottage are for the use of the guests and the proprietors only.

• Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

• The proprietors reserve the right to enter the property during my/our stay.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cottage.

• The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.

• That I/we are responsible for the safety of all children under our guardianship when using the facilities of Le Bêle.
